Prayer and Lord’s Prayer

Our Father, who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy name;
thy kingdom come;
thy will be done;
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation;
but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom,
the power, and the glory
for ever and ever.
Amen.

MP 502 O let the Son of God enfold you

1. O let the Son of God enfold you
   with His Spirit and His love;
   let Him fill your heart and satisfy your soul.
   O let Him have the things that hold you,
   and His Spirit, like a dove,
   will descend upon your life and make you whole.
   

   Jesus, O Jesus,
   come and fill Your lambs;

2. O come and sing this song with gladness,
   as your hearts are filled with joy;

1. I, the Lord of sea and sky,
   I have heard My people cry;
   all who dwell in dark and sin
   My hand will save.
   I who made the stars of night,
   I will make their darkness bright.
   Who will bear My light to them?
   Whom shall I send?
   

   Here I am, Lord.
   Is it I, Lord?
   I have heard You calling in the night.
   I will go, Lord,
   if You lead me;
   I will hold Your people in my heart.
   

2. I, the Lord of snow and rain,
   I have borne My people’s pain;
   I have wept for love of them –

   I will speak My word to them.
