1. Welcome and Intimations

  2. Prayer and Lord’s Prayer

    Our Father, who art in heaven,
    hallowed be thy name;
    thy kingdom come;
    thy will be done;
    on earth as it is in heaven.
    Give us this day our daily bread.
    And forgive us our trespasses,
    as we forgive those who trespass against us.
    And lead us not into temptation;
    but deliver us from evil.
    For thine is the kingdom,
    the power, and the glory
    for ever and ever.
    Amen.

  3. CH4 149 Let all creation dance

    1. Let all creation dance
      in energies sublime,
      as order turns with chance,
      unfolding space and time;
      for nature’s art
      in glory grows,
      and newly shows
      God’s mind and heart.

    2. Our own amazing earth,
      with sunlight, cloud and storms,
      and life’s abundant growth
      in lovely shapes and forms
      is made for praise,
      a fragile whole,
      and from it’s soul
      heav’n’s music plays.

    3. Lift heart and soul and voice;
      in Christ all praises meet,
      and nature shall rejoice
      as all is made complete.
      In hope be strong,
      all life befriend,
      and kindly tend
      Creation’s song.

  5. CH4 40 O God, Be Gracious to Me in Your Love

    1. O God, be gracious to me in your love,
      and in your mercy pardon my misdeeds;
      wash me from guilt and cleanse me from my sin,
      for well I know the evil I have done.

    2. Against you, Lord, you only have I sinned,
      and what to you is hateful I have done;
      I own your righteousness in charging me,
      I know you to be just should you condemn.

    3. Take hyssop, sprinkle me and make me clean,
      wash me and make me whiter than the snow;
      fill me with gladness and rejoicing, Lord,
      and let my broken frame know joy once more.

    4. Turn now your face, Lord God, from my misdeeds,
      and blot out all the sins that sully me;
      create a clean and contrite heart in me,
      renew my soul in faithfulness and love.

    5. Drive me not from your presence, gracious Lord,
      nor keep your Holy Spirit far from me;
      restore my soul with your salvation’s joy,
      and with a willing spirit strengthen me.

  7. CH4 267 Blest Be God

    1. Blest be God, blest be God for ever,
      who in time and eternity lives,
      God the Lord who loves justice and mercy
      and who heals and forgives those who fall.

    2. God will bandage the wounds of the broken
      and pay heed to each body and soul;
      God has asked humankind not to fear
      but believe that the kingdom’s at hand.

    3. Come, O Lord, come and save the oppressed,
      life the poor from the doors of despair;
      put a song in the hearts of your people,
      those whose hope and whose trust is in you.

  10. MP 31 Amazing grace

    1. Amazing grace how sweet the sound
      – that saved a wretch like me!
      I once was lost, but now am found,
      was blind, but now I see.

    2. ‘Twas grace that taught my heart to fear,
      and grace my fears relieved;
      how precious did that grace appear
      the hour I first believed.

    3. Through many dangers, toils and snares,
      I have already come;
      ‘tis grace hath brought me safe thus far,
      and grace will lead me home.

    4. The Lord has promised good to me,
      his word my hope secures;
      he will my shield and portion be
      as long as life endures.
